Effect of the phage adsorbing-time to host bacteria at warm Temperature on phage Inactivation Occurred at 0℃

Abstract
|

|
|
The longer the adsorbing-time of dysentery phage to host bacteria at 37C or. 20C is, the lower become the inactivating rate of phage at 0C. The phage adsorbed to host bacteria for about 150 seconds and 8 minutes at 37C and 20C respectively is not completely inactivated at 0C.
